INTERMEDIATE TEAM

Congratulations to our 2024 Intermediate team for placing 5th at Nationals!!
Training
  • Schedule: Mondays 5:00-7:05pm at Suburban Ice Rochester. 
  • Occasional Sunday mornings at Mount Clemens Ice Arena
Intermediate | Ages 21 and younger, must have Pre-preliminary Moves test, 8-24 skaters
  • This competitive team trains weekly on Monday evenings at Rochester Ice Arena
  • Skaters must be actively taking private lessons working on passing higher level moves and freestyle tests
  • Seeking skills; loop, flip, axel, split, sit & camel, 3turn, C-step, twizzle, bracket, rocker, inside loop, spiral, spread eagle, & hydroblades
  • Mandatory choreography camp weekends are scheduled during the season (1-2 for each program)
  • Perform in exhibitions at both indoor and outdoor venues
  • Compete in competitions locally and attend Nationals each June
  • Skater will be required to travel to Nationals (not included in team fees)
  • The last 3 practices before competitions (Mar, June) and mandatory!
  • Skaters on this team feel the sense of accomplishment when they achieve their goals throughout the season.
  • Team bonding activities create friendships that are lasting
